Service · Flows for the hand

Apps the cab will actually use.

Load acceptance, status, and documents for people between tasks — drivers, patients, field teams — not a shrunk desktop. Design-only or design-and-build, chosen with your constraints.

Load accept Status updates Documents iOS & Android

One-thumb primary actions Outdoor-readable density NDA on request

One thumb. Gloves on. Primary action in the first viewport

Demo Driver pattern. Same discipline for patient and field apps.

Built for the hand

  • Load accept
  • Status
  • Documents
  • iOS
  • Android
  • React Native · Flutter

On the phone, not in a browser crop

Accept. Status. Documents. One thumb.

The first action has to work outdoors, in a cab, with interrupted attention. If it needs two hands or a desktop mental model, drivers text dispatch instead.

Talk through a flow

Illustrative pattern · no client data shown

When mobile is a shrunk desktop

The app installs. Usage does not stick.

These are the patterns we see before a redesign starts.

01 · Hand

Desktop shrink

Screens copied from the web miss thumb targets and fail outdoors. Operators text dispatch instead of opening the app.

02 · Value

Everything before the first action

Onboarding asks for the world. Interrupted users never reach accept, book, or update status.

03 · Store

Listing does not match the product

Installs happen. Activation and reviews do not, because the first session is not the job they came to finish.

Jobs on the hand

Three actions. Then everything else.

If accept, status, and documents work with one thumb, the rest of the product can stay quiet.

Accept without a call

Lane, time, and the decision sit in the first viewport. Secondary detail waits. Gloves, sun, and a 20-second window.

  • Primary CTA in the thumb zone
  • Decline is visible, not hidden in a menu
  • Load identity readable at arm’s length

Approach

Design for interruption. Then platform.

Task flows first. Native patterns where they matter. Store listing last, so it matches the product that ships.

  1. 01 · Jobs

    Name the first action

We write the job that must succeed in 20 seconds. Everything else waits, including account setup copied from the web.

  2. 02 · Hand

    Thumb, glare, gloves

Targets, contrast, and density for the cab or the clinic hallway. iOS and Android stay native without inventing two products.

  3. 03 · Ship

    Build path, then store

React Native, Flutter, or native — chosen with your constraints. Listing and screenshots match the first session, not a pitch deck.

Selected work

Designed for the hand, then shipped.

About Driver Mobile Apps

Straight answers so the first call starts further along.

Yes, when the brief includes it. React Native, Flutter, or native paths are chosen with your constraints, not as a default slogan. Design-only is available when engineering sits in-house.

UI/UX Design owns shared desktop and responsive systems. This page owns mobile-specific flows, thumb targets, offline field constraints, and store handoff. Pair them when you need both.

One system, platform-native patterns where they matter — navigation, controls, and density. We do not ship a single web crop to both stores.

Driver apps are a primary KRIVA path. The same interrupted-attention discipline applies to patient and field apps — HealthTrack is the published example. If the user is between tasks, this is the page.

Who uses the app in the field, the first action that must succeed, and any store, device, or offline constraints. Access to a few operators for a walkthrough helps. An NDA is available before the first call.
