This is the work. Not a capability list. FleetFlow-style dispatch: bulk actions, SLA on every row, exceptions before they become a call.
Reassign three loads without leaving the board.
Risk sits on the row, not in a report after the shift.

Dispatch boards built around the desk, not the database. Fleet views and driver tools sit next to the same shift.

How the studio works
The people who draw the interface understand the API it connects to.
Bulk actions and SLA risk come from sitting next to dispatchers, not a feature list.
You approve the thing itself, not a slide about progress.
The people on the first call build the product.

Before you get in touch
Straight answers, so the first call starts further along.
Yes. The studio is remote-first, headquartered in Ahmedabad. We cover US and UK call hours with India delivery overlap, run async updates in Slack, and hold weekly video calls at times that work in both regions. Most of our US trucking clients have never met us in person.
You get a reply within one business day. The first conversation is a 20-minute fit call with the KRIVA team, there is no salesperson between you and the people who ship the work. If it looks like a fit, the designers and engineers on the project join when scoping starts.
A brief, your timeline, and a 20-minute fit call. If you do not have a brief yet, we will send a template or write one with you. We are used to clients who arrive with a problem rather than a specification.
Yes. We embed with in-house designers, developers, and product managers, and adapt to your tools and working style. Redesigns of live products are rolled out in phases to reduce risk and keep existing users on solid ground.
Everything is scoped after discovery, with deliverables and milestones agreed upfront, fixed-scope, monthly retainer, or sprint-based. A focused MVP or redesign usually runs 6 to 10 weeks. A full platform with integrations runs 12 to 20. You get an honest timeline on the first call.
You do. All Figma files, repositories, and documentation transfer to you at project close, or before if you prefer. We help onboard your internal team on what we have built.
No subcontracting. Every designer and engineer is a permanent team member, and the people on your first call are the people who build the product. If a project needs a specialist we do not have, we say so before we start rather than quietly farming the work out.
