Service · Human-gated pipelines

Automation with a person on send.

Map the loop, then put a person on the step that must not go out wrong. Make, Zapier, or custom, chosen for the job, not the slogan.

Best for

Ops and support drowning in the same steps

Teams who already know the repeatable work, and need a person on anything that reaches a customer or the ledger.

What we own

Audit, build, gates, fallback

Workflow map, Make or Zapier (or custom), human approval on send, and monitoring so failed runs return to a queue.

Not this service

Connectors, close UX, or “AI to ship code”

Idempotent APIs live under Integrations. Month-end reconciliation lives on QuickBooks & Xero. Using AI to design and build product lives under AI-Assisted Development.

The loop

When the same steps burn every shift.

  1. 01 · Map

    Trigger, system, exception

We write the loop as it actually runs, including the spreadsheet and the Slack ping, before we automate it.

  2. 02 · Gate

    A human on send

Customer-facing or ledger-facing steps get a review gate. Internal triage can run darker.

  3. 03 · Own

    Your team after launch

Docs, rollback, and who changes the scenario. The workflow does not remain a KRIVA black box.

Review before it leaves the building

Triage, drafts, and a gate, not a firehose.

FAQ

About Automation Workflows

Do you only use Make and Zapier?

No. We use them when they fit. Custom jobs and original APIs when they do not.

How is this different from Integrations & APIs?

Integrations move data between systems of record. Automation orchestrates steps, often with a human on send.

How is this different from AI-Assisted Development?

This service owns the workflow and the gate. AI-Assisted Development is how we accelerate design and engineering delivery, with human oversight.

Can you automate AI steps too?

Yes, with a review gate on anything customer-facing. We will not put an unattended model on send.

What if the workflow needs to hit QuickBooks or Xero?

Ledger posting pairs with QuickBooks & Xero integrations. Automation can trigger it; the connector owns the books.

Who owns the workflow after launch?

You do. We hand over the scenario, docs, and rollback. We do not keep the keys.

Need automation with humans in the loop?

A short fit call or a written brief. Bring the steps people already repeat, including the Zap nobody wants to touch.
